About Sylvan Heights
Sylvan Heights is a neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee three miles from downtown. This community dates back to 1920 and has continued to develop over the years. Today, the neighborhood is a diverse and eclectic community with a mix of long-time residents, up-and-coming and well-established professionals, young families and entrepreneurs.
